Servant’s Hart,

                &  CLEVER

All of our comes to us by referral for three reasons:

Brent has a “SERVANT’S HART” and is wired to be a ‘People Pleaser’.  We will bust our buttocks for you.

Brent is “SCRAPPY”.  He is like that kid the bully at your school beat up at recess on the first day of school and had to fight every single day for the rest of the year.  He does NOT quit.

Brent is “CLEVER”.  Many people don’t realize this but underwriting guidelines are NOT black and white.  There is a lot of GRAY AREA open to interpretation.  Brent has 20+ years of experience getting loans done.

Brent is a branch manager at All Western Mortgage, a family owned & operated BOUTIQUE LENDER.  They processes & underwrite your loan right here in Arizona. This is helpful because they are small enough to have the flexibility needed to get stuff done others simply can’t.  They are also big enough to have the resources needed for the job.  When you work with a lender that is all spread out across different time zones people can hide behind their email or voice mail.   Not so at All Western!  As Brent says, “Communication is the lubrication that gets loans done.”  We are full of ideas and SOLUTIONS!

Brent grew up in rural Michigan and moved to Arizona in 1997, where he met his “Angel”, his wife Elizabeth, at the swimming pool in their apartment complex in Old Town Scottsdale. Together, they are the proud parents of daughter Jordan (16) and son Noah (13). Brent is a family man who puts those he loves first, and he makes a point to treat his customers with that same level of care, concern and integrity.

When not at work, Brent stays busy with youth sports. He coached his son and daughter in various sports for a bunch of years but now that they are older, he supports them from the bleachers. Brent loves God and facilitates the Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University Course at his church. Brent also loves Golf and during those rare “alone” moments, you will find Brent riding his road bike doing some woodworking….all while listening to some good-ole Rock-N-Roll.
